Do not go anywhere near Dr. Kaplan, even if your child has a legitimate issue because he does not provide proper/ comprehensive care. Under his guidance, he and Adolescent Medicine misdiagnosed my child with a mental health condition in a manner inconsistent with the DSM-5 and would not change it even with a legitimate medical diagnosis from lab and procedure reports from multiple other providers and facilities. Dr. Kaplan was my doctor for years before I moved out of state. He was the only physician to truly listen to me and not stop until I got a diagnosis for my symptoms. I am forever grateful for his kind approach and dedication for his patients. If he’s not your doctor you’re truly missing out! I could not recommend him enough.
