Dr. Gardner was very personable, thorough in asking questions. The thing that impressed me the most was that she listened and seemed to care about me.
He sat down and took ample time with me ... it was evident he had reviewed my history before entering the room. He offered a treatment plan that I agreed with and told me to call back if I needed to.
Dr. Gardener is a sharpe listener. When struggling to express what I was experiencing, she restated and asked is this what your trying to say. I was not sure if what I wanted was what this business could provide, but it is.Thanks for reassuring me that I selected the right place.
Waited 2 months for appt. Said he was an immunologist but couldn't answer any questions. Instead, called up my primary dr to ask why I was there and that I had an immune problem. Embarrassing and a waste of time.

Dr Gardner is a very good doctor. She help me a lot. She sits and listens to my questions and answers me on what I should do. The office staff is very helpful,friendly.
She listened to all I had to say. Explained things that I was unclear about from a visit to another dr. We came up with a plan to proceed with my care that was amenable to both of us. So far it is working well. She’s so sharp and smart about her field that she is very helpful with anything that I have going on. She’s just the best.
Our first visit there and they answered all of our questions. What I was most happy with is that Dr. Carlton and his staff were excellent with my 4 year old.
The whole visit felt like he was approaching it as if I was making things up and he was here to prove me wrong. He told me the symptoms I was seeing in my own child “weren’t reality”. He told us to go ahead and feed our child certain foods, even after we described severe reactions to them. He also described the notes his own nurses took as “just scribbles that don’t matter”. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.
