Rushed and not taken seriously, dismissed how much my conditions/pain impaired my quality of life. Quick to dismiss me after treatment wasn’t working. Staff was rude.

I went to see Dr. Reindl because I was 50 years old and decided to get a colonoscopy. (I was unexplainedly losing weight but my GP was not concerned about my weight loss.) Dr. Reindl gave me a complete medical health history to fill out, very detailed. When I went in to see him, simply based on my health history, he told me he believed I have Celiac's disease.
