This was the cleanest and most professional Eye Center I have ever been to. Take care and customer service that they provide is outstanding. Dr. Nguyen Was my eye doctor previous to coming to Mann Eye Institute and I followed her here. I had a very disappointing experience with Mann Eye Institute, starting at their Austin location. I was given an incorrect prescription, which caused noticeable vision issues. I had to travel all the way to their Houston office just to have it rechecked — and sure enough, it turned out to be a different prescription. This experience really shook my trust in their attention to detail, especially when it comes to something as serious as vision care. Our annual visit to Mann Eye Institute went very smoothly, as it usually does. The staff is welcoming and caring, and the quality of our exams was very good. The staff there at the South Austin location is always supportive and helpful. I really appreciate the positive and caring attitude presented by Dr. Tran Nguyen; she was terrific and explained my results clearly and precisely. We drive in from out of town to go to this particular location. I highly recommend them.
