Very satisfied with my appointment. Took the time to answer all questions and address all present concerns.
He was referred to me by an ER doctor. Soonest appointment was a month from when I called. Sent me to get a MRI and MRA, called the next day and rushed through telling me my diagnosis, requested a call back from him 3 times with no returned call. No guidance given when told a CT Angiogram was needed; staff/associate seemed annoyed when answering questions. There was one staff member who assisted me and was helpful/kind. Overall, I was not pleased with his bedside manner or his associate's.
I would not recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone, worst bedside manner of any doctor I have visited. Now 9 weeks has past since I had a test done, and despite calling his office requesting a written report of the test findings, no report and no call back. On a recent visit he was more interested in finding the recent winning lottery number from the staff, with a full waiting room. Professionalism is not his strong suit, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MANY OTHER COMPETENT NEUROLOGISTS.
Have been going to him for years. Always a great experience. He explains things in a way that makes sense and spends more time than most doctors do with patients.
He has a terrible bedside manner.
Very helpful and caring in treating my mother. Seems to really know what he is talking about. Office was nice.
