Anytime I've ever had to call a dentist office I as a new Patient to ask if they accept my insurance and someone says to "call your insurance to see if their doctor is on the list of accepted dentist" I don't understand this this is not protocol from what I remember my daughter is in college in Norfolk and needs to get in to see a dentist because she's away from her primary dentist and that's the office is response then say we're not taking any new appointments until October!
