Called to schedule appointment as i woke up in a lot of pain in my upper right 1st molar . I had never been there before but they were on my new insurance list. A clinical assistant from the back was at the front desk as it was almost lunch time. She advised me she was being cross/trained and did not know all my insurance answers but she spoke to the Dr and he would take a look at my tooth within the hour.
