If I could give minus stars I would. Dr. Fred took part of a filling out that should have never been touched, without my consent. I have been in 10/10 pain since and they are refusing to take responsibility and help pay for the root canal that they told me is needed to get me out of pain asap. Might seem fine for regular check ups but if anything goes wrong they look the other way. I would not trust this office at all. They are simply ignoring me and it’s not right. I am a new patient of this office, and after having a very bad overall experience with my last dentist, I am very happy to now be a patient here. Dr. Fred and Ashleigh are great, as well as the front desk staff and the hygienists. I had the most thorough dental exam done here than anywhere else I have been, and through that they came up with a treatment plan to address the issues I was having, and they fixed everything in a few appointments.
