I have been calling both Weston and Pembroke Pines to make an emergency appointment with Dr David Shenassa and no one picks up the phone in this office. I’ve left voicemail messages and no one returns phone calls. You cannot dial zero for the operator because the feature is not available. There is no way to contact a human voice. Awful practice with little regard for patient care.

Dr Shenassa is amazing!!! I saw him on the spur of the moment I fell and broke my finger over the weekend. He saw me Monday I was basically a walk in another doctor referred me to him, his staff called and was able to fit me in same day. Such a gentle and caring soul he explained to me the process and I was scheduled for surgery for the end of the week. The nurses were bragging about him when I went in for surgery and I can see and understand why. He called my family after gave them an update on the surgery. Just amazing to ... read more

Thank you very much to the staff and Dr. Shenassa, I came to make an appointment, but they already accepted me, I had a wrist fracture, everyone is so organized and caring, thanks to everyone and especially Dr. Shenassa, who was able to promptly prescribe all the necessary procedures and treatment, I will follow the recommendations and go for recovery.
