Dr.Sarile has been my family doctor since I arrived here in Toronto. He always update me re my health and always give advise what to do to keep me in good shape , Kal is always there to assist Dr. Sarile, what to do with their patients need . Can always depend on them.
It's incredibly disappointing just how drastic the fall from grace has been for this practice. Dr.Sarile was my family doctor since I was a child, and he was an excellent one at that, but I have had to switch doctors due to the office secretary, Kal. Me and family were patients of Dr Sarile since the mid ‘90s. We always trusted the Dr, because he is a good Dr. Everything had been going well until Kal came into the team. No, this has nothing to do with “some communities that have migrated to Canada who are unwilling to learn or understand the English language.” We are not “ pushing for an agenda”. I was a patient of Dr. Sarile for about 40 years. The moment he hired Kal everything went down hill. Kal was rude and disrespectful. He interrupted often while in the middle of a consultation his Dr. Sarile. Kal would never answer my calls. He would answer my voice mail sometimes. Kal threaten terminating me for using walk in clinic because I used it for a simple ear infection. When I had that ear infection I called for a week and I didn’t get an appointment so I had to see a walk in clinic doctor. Emergency room are for EME... read more
Not a good place. His secretary kal kai is a rude person (see all the negative comments here), not professional. His secretary doesn't care about appointments.....I do not know why Dr Sarile did not fire this person.....I don't know who is running this office...the doctor or her secretary 🤔
