If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been with Dr. Sarile since when I was a child before his assistant was hired by Dr. Sarile. The way the assistant treats their patients including me and my family is just shameful. I’ve never been in a clinic or other healthcare settings where they’re forcing you to pay for necessary referrals and issuing prescriptions and this is covered by Ohip. Without paying, you will never access these service including booking an appt and you will resort to going to emerge or walk in clinic.... read more

Dr.Sarile has been my family doctor since I arrived here in Toronto. He always update me re my health and always give advise what to do to keep me in good shape , Kal is always there to assist Dr. Sarile, what to do with their patients need . Can always depend on them.
It's incredibly disappointing just how drastic the fall from grace has been for this practice. Dr.Sarile was my family doctor since I was a child, and he was an excellent one at that, but I have had to switch doctors due to the office secretary, Kal. This secretary of his lacks any and all professional conduct. My calls and emails RARELY get responded to and when they do he is antagonizing, condescending, and incredibly rude. Me and family were patients of Dr Sarile since the mid ‘90s. We always trusted the Dr, because he is a good Dr. Everything had been going well until Kal came into the team. No, this has nothing to do with “some communities that have migrated to Canada who are unwilling to learn or understand the English language.” We are not “ pushing for an agenda”.
