Stay away. Office very disorganized. Appointment for cleanings was pushed out 6 months so that i lost one of my covered cleanings. Last visit for crown prep was a disaster. Was told at exam entire procedure was covered. When prep was done I was told there was a $300 bill due. Then he numbed & started working on the wrong side of my mouth. When I objected to the billing, he said to come back. My mother went for her yearly cleaning. They had overbooked and only cleaned half her teeth. They told her that they have run out of time and that they’ll have to finish cleaning the other half a month later. That is an unacceptable practice for a dentist office.

My elderly mother had fallen, damaging one of her teeth. Sapala has replaced it with a temporary then billed the insurance for the entire procedure as if the permanent had been installed (insurance fraud) just months before they were no longer in network. Now my mother's insurance company shows they paid for a service that has NOT been performed so now she cannot go to a more reputable Dr for the procedure. Sapala's office won't even return my mother's call. This is a morally bankrupt practice.
