Knowledgeable Doctor!
Dr. Liao is an outstanding doctor, he is very nice and very thorough. He has been helping me for several years because of an illness (transplants and chronic steroids). My optometrist said I was getting the initial stages of glaucoma and when I asked him there were ni visible signs of glaucoma. He's the best, nicest and very honest retina specialist!
