This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen! My friend has been going there for approximately 6 months and nobody is trying to help her. The first appointment seemed O.K. as one of the counselors performed the initial interview and recorded her basic information and history. All this took only about 2 hours. The next appointment she found out they had lost all of the information she gave them and had to ask her all the questions again.
