Had a great experience at Dr. Rossman’s office in Surrey today. Dr. Rossman and Dr. Khaira were both very kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. They removed my residual chalazion in less than 5 minutes, and honestly, it was completely painless. I was in excellent hands today and was well taken care of. A special thank you to the receptionist as well, she was a dear friend growing up and she is still the same sweet person I remember. Really appreciate the whole team and would definitely recommend them!
It has been over a year since my experience with Dr. Rossman, but the way I was treated during my appointment still deeply upsets me. I get Botox on my right eye because of extreme twitching. I get this done every 4 months. It has helped me tremendously. Dr. Rossman is very good and has explained the procedure to me. He is very thorough and I am very happy with his work. Thank you
I had the good fortune of going to Dr. David Rossman earlier this afternoon. I was referred to him by our long-time Opthalmologist Dr. Thind in Coquitlam Center. He sent me to Dr. Rossman to get Tear Channels in both my eyes to be flushed clean, so my ‘Dry-eye’ problem could be addressed. Terrible experience. I read a handful of negative reviews and decided that they could be from negative people and that I, being a pleasant and respectful person, wouldn’t have issue. But Rossman’s demeanor was absolutely shocking. At first he was simply lacking in EQ, not a concern to me. But he changed abruptly when i asked for clarification on why i would need to pay out of pocket for my procedure.
