Dr David Rosenthal is my nephew. My sister Diane was his mom. Diane was killed in an auto accident a few years back. David took my parents cremains, as my sister was in possession of the them after her death. Dr. Rosenthal refuses , due to some personal grievance, to return them to me as they are MY PARENTS and his grandparents. My parent's cremains belong to me, the surviving son. Thanks for listening.
