Dr. David A Rodriguez is very experienced and knowledgable. He did a great job at American Spine until all of the legal troubles with Dr. Atif Malik - owner of American Spine and indictment per google on DOJ releases and Frederick newspaper articles, etc in June. I believe this is the real reason why Dr. David Rodriguez left American Spine to get a new job at Smart Pain Management.
