I called on October 26, 2023 for an appointment which was scheduled for November 22, 2023. I waited almost a month for the appointment. There was no courtesy call to let me know the appointment was cancelled. I took time off of work to go to this appointment. I wasted my limited PTO for nothing. It also forced me to try to get an appointment with another doctor. Another waiting period to see the doctor. From my experience, they don't care about their clients.
I see Dr. Raimer yearly to check for anything that might need to be removed.
