Dr Yu is a nice and professional cardiologist, but the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.
Dr yu is wonderful the office staff needs an over haul. It took me 6 weeks to get in. Then I get there and told to have a seat 30 minutes later I. Told to fill out my info in there computer set up that took 15 minutes then I finally get called to the front desk only to be told they don't take my insurance but I could call the insurance company to give authorizing through my insurance thats not my job thats their job. Excellent and and willing to explain what to expect with patience. We really like this cardiologist.
Dr. Yu is a very professional and knowledgeable cardiologist. Unfortunately, two women who work in his office are extremely rude and condescending (a woman named Tammy and an older receptionist with long, blond hair). Both of these women need to be reprimanded for their lack of professionalism and proper manners.
