My wife had the hip labrum surgery May 14 by Dr. Simpson in Wellington, Florida. Today we did the Disney Wine and Dine 5k (along with a day at the park and all that walking) just a few days over 5 months later. Keep the hope up everyone. There is soreness and icing going on now, but hurdle crossed and gratitude beyond belief. Thanks doc.
