He was quick to interrupt and didn't want to hear full story of history of patient. When patient advised him that he didnt appear to be compassionate, he said his job was to be efficient and save lives. If you don't get to know more of the patient and their history you can miss something important. Even CT Scans and ct technicians make mistakes.
