I havent been to a dentist since I was 21 years old in California. Previous to that last time I seen a dentist is when I was 13 years old in Wisconsin. Called here to make an appointment and apparently someone commited fraud and listed me as a responsible person to pay for the bill. She said it was prior to 2008. Im 31 years old.
