Dr. Hotelling was the first doctor to take my thyroid symptoms seriously and adjust my dosage until I felt better instead of just until I was in the right lab range. He was also very proactive and helpful recently when I had a tumor that was thought to be on my pituitary gland. When it turned out it was on my brain, and therefore out of his specialty, he researched and referred me to the best nuerosurgeon around. No real waiting room, so you just sit at the end of busy hall. The receptionist was very nice but the doctor just seemed kinda confused.
