Had to wait a month to speak with dr after my surgery for some general questions and concerns. Finally went in and expected a respectful sit down in an office with him but instead was made to disrobe and explain my problem to a staff member who agreed with me at first but by the time they both returned had changed her story and they proceeded to gang up on me and be rude, unprofessional and not understanding at all. I had a neck lift, mini facelift and fat grafting. Three weeks into the surgery, the results are above and beyond my expectations. The entire process was smooth from begining to the end. Dr. Finkle and his staff are extremely caring, supportive and attentive. I am so glad I chose Dr. Finkle and I would not hesitate to go to him again if I need something else done.
Dr. Finkle and his staff were amazing. I also got to meet a different staff member each time I went in (consultation, surgery, post op appt) and they all were fantastic. They made you feel really comfortable and made it a fun experience. I love my new breasts.
I had to wait a month to get in for a consult and rearranged my schedule to accommodate them , had to drive an hour each way for the appointment and Dr Finkle never came in to see me. None of this was explained by the staff at any time. When I called to complain I was told that he is a solo practicing surgeon so that happens- although it didn't happen with any other surgeon's and I would think if your appointment. After visiting several local doctors I decided to go with Dr. Finkle. He is the only doctor that spent time to get to know me, he was very informative and answered all of my questions. His nurses are the best and took great care of me especially Kim. I wouldn't suggest going to anyone else, not to mention his work is amazing!
I visited Dr. David Finkle June, 2005 for Breast augmentation. I have to tell you, that was THE worst decision I have made to this date. I have lost senses to my left nipple and lost feelings under my right arm. My right breast looks fine, my left breast looks like big ball stuck on the wall. I went back and spoke with Finkle. Told him what had happened to me. His mannerism totally changed from my first visit for the surgery. He was very rude said it was a very difficult surgery. The problem was what he had to work with. Dr. Finkle was very personable and did amazing work. He made sure I completely understood what was going to happen with the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and healing properly following surgery. He has been in his profession for many years and does great work. I couldn't be happier with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Finkle for any cosmetic needs.
I spoke to the assistant for 20 minutes about the procedure and the implants before Dr Finkle even came into the room. My procedure is more entailed since I'm interested in a Breast Augmentation after I had problems with a Breast Reduction. When we talked about the procedure he didn't seemed interested. I never went back.
Dr. Finkle and his staff all seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient. Thorough explanation of the procedure and recovery. He personally called to follow-up after the procedure to check on my. Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
