Billing charged me $220 for a phone call I received about negative testing results which I didn’t need an appt to receive. ASV refuses to recode the charges to one which my Insurance will cover. I guess the office is more concerned about billing than retaining returning patients. I have asked numerous times for the billing office (and the Dr himself to make the request) to send an appropriate code for a phone call that is acceptable for my Insurance coverage.
