I will NEVER return to see this doctor for any treatment. I simply wanted a new pair of frames and Dr Bittings felt that my eyes needed to be reexamined, despite the fact that I could see with the current prescription. Things went downhill from there, I went to an optician who had a pair of glasses made from Bitting’s prescription. After giving them about a two week break-in, I could not see. When this office merged with someone in Eldersburg the office went downhill quickly; office staff were rude and unprofessional. When I changed eye doctors in fall, 2021, the new dr who is very seasoned let me know my most recent eyeglasses, purchased using Dr Bitting’s prescription for me a month prior, was incorrect. He did not perform my test thorough enough, which made my prescription off. I had spent $1500 for new glasses which immediately needed new lenses. Treats our family like his own Dr Bittings has an eye for detail and catches the Life saving important issues and addresses our eye health like we’re his own family members. He’s very professional at the same time! Go see him!
