I wanted to write a review because Dr. David Parente was incredible when taking care of me recently. I had a terrible case of pleural effusion due to cancer rearing its ugly head again. Dr David Parente went above and beyond, fitting me in for appointments to get the care that I needed promptly - which is difficult in an era where the system is so overloaded and backed up. I would like to share a few words about Dr. David N Parente , thoracic surgeon at St Joseph Hospital at the Queensway . Sometimes we do not realize , a kind word or a simple touch could have a major impact on others . So reassuring and takes the fear away .
