I had evasive carpal tunnel surgery in both hands, I was informed by Dr Taramina the right one wasn't bad but he said do it while my deductible will be met. I was apprehensive about it but did it. I was out of work for several months due to CPS in my left hand and had to go to PT , which was fine until I couldn't afford it anymore. Doctor Taormina, Is the best, I could not have had a better experience, he's a rock star
I was referred to Dr. Taormina as an 84 year old man with a badly broken (i.e. crushed !) wrist. The referring doctors made clear that it would require a VERY skilled surgeon to “fix” it. That does indeed properly describe Dr. Taormina. I know from speaking with other doctors that it was challenging even for such a superior surgeon - external fixator, metal, weak bones, etc. But now my wrist has healed and I am regaining use of it. Dr. Taormina performed surgery after a terrible dog bite that left me with a broken bone on my left hand. He performed two surgeries, one to clean the wound and accomplish procedure necessary to eliminate and prevent infection, and a second three days later to set the bone and install supporting structure(s) to promote healing. Dr. Taormina visited me in the hospital daily during the six days I was there to make sure I was comfortable with both the process and the procedure.
