I'm in chronic pain 24/7, been a patient here for about 7 years. I tested positive for THC 1 time in those 7 years. Tried it to see if it would help my pain, it did! Haven't used it since. Haven't kneed to because they have been pretty good about giving me pain meds. We'll this last appointment the NP order me meds. I dont go back until the 17th. She gave me 7 pills. I don't know how she expects me to make it 2 wks with just 7 pills. OMG!!!!!
I am a long time of Dr. Katz. He is a wonderful pain management doctor. I would not want to see anyone else. I give him 5 stars. However, there is an office policy that doesn't make sense to me and I know other patients of Katz. The Prattville, Alabama office has this policy: regardless of appointment time they will see patients by order of sign in. My 63 year old mother visited Dr. Herrick for pain management recently. He gave her 3 or 4 shots in her neck with a thick needle that was about the length of a four finger or longer without offering her any anesthesia! The injections went in slowly so she felt pain for a lengthy period of time. She cried and wailed very loudly and consistently while this occurred.
