I really like the doctor, but the bookkeeping leaves something to be desired. This year they could not find any of my previous files from the past 3 years, then they lost one of my appointment times and I had to reschedule... adding to the already long wait.
They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
