Dr. Oneill was my primary care physician for years and he is a wonderful doctor. His office staff currently far less wonderful. They are more time mgmt security guards than medical service professionals. He used to have a great staff that managed his visits without making patients feel like they were a nuisance. I actually recently have one of his staff refuse to pass on a message to the doctor that I wished to speak with him. I am currently being treated by another doctor.
