Called office due to filling falling out. Not a patient; just traveling through Franklin. Got appt that day. Staff was professional and friendly. Dr Oliver was outstanding. Fast, efficient, informative, highly skilled. Would definitely go to him again if we are in area.
I have been going to Dr. Oliver now for several years. I am 80 years old and have been to a lot of dentists in my time. Dr. Oliver is by far one of the best. He actually has a personality and listens to his patients. He is highly skilled, based on a number of procedures he has done for me, and his staff is wonderful. I never mind going to see him and Janet, my hygienist. I feel blessed to have a dentist like him available to me.
Dr. Oliver is amazing and I don't say that casually about a dentist. I don't mind going to him, even if, like today, I had a tooth pulled. Quick and easy. Also, his hygienist, Janet, does the best cleaning I think I have every experienced. This dental office is one of a kind.
Wow, I cannot believe how great Dr. Oliver is. He has saved me so much money. He is so honest, caring and so knowledgeable. I am so fortunate that he was recommended to me. Everything I was told about him, being so wonderful, listening to his patients and all is so true. Thank you Dr. Oliver and great staff, for making me feel so special and taking the time to explain everything to me and making sure I understood and most of all for making sure I was completely satisfied. Dr. Oliver and his staff are the perfect mix of professional with friendly. Having spent a lot of time in dental offices and undergoing many procedures, I get anxious and overwhelmed when I am in the chair. Tiffany and Dr. Oliver put me at ease, do a wonderful job, and I can finish without shedding a tear! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist who won't rush you through and a staff that cares.
I think the world of Dr. Oliver. I've always been treated very well and felt that I had always gotten the best of dental treatment. Dr. Oliver has worked with me financially to allow me to get treatment. He is compassionate, warm, and caring. The one problem that he has is that he is extremely busy, it may take a bit to get in to see him. He is worth the wait if you can. On last thing he, likes RCA things. Very cool.

Dr. Oliver is wonderful! I just recently started seeing Dr. Oliver. I had been searching for a dentist since I hadn't been in a while due to a traumatic experience I had with a previous dentist. I was very happy to receive a call from Krystal (the girl up front) letting me know a day she could fit me in.
