I went to see Dr Nicholson after experiencing 13 years of chronic pain in my big toe MTJ. My quality of life was severely impacted and after seeing countless experts and podiatrists- my first meeting with him left me full of hope and confidence. Dr Nicholson is amazing, he has helped with a long ongoing foot and ankle injury which started 12 years ago. From clearing out damaged tissue from the initial break to repairing ligaments and tendons and completing a total foot stabilisation when we found that i had CMT (a foot deformity) the whole process has been amazing. From his staff in the rooms to his amazing bedside manner David is truly an amazing and caring Doctor. I would 1000% recommend him and his team if you any type of foot/ankle issues.
Dr. David Nicholson is an amazing surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. After years of chronic pain and a misdiagnosis from another specialist, I was pretty sure I'd just be in pain forever. I was told by another Newcastle specialist, "There is nothing more I can do". David has taken away my chronic pain and I am incredibly grateful. The entire staff were a pleasure to deal with.
Most amazing surgeon. Very engaging, informative as to procedure and easy to communicate with. I had a Total Ankle Replacement. Excellent recovery.
