Every team member, in both office locations, is extremely warm and welcoming and always has a smile on their face. Our experience with McSurdy & staff was fantastic. It was a clear guided process the whole way. Local with multiple locations we were always able to accommodate schedules and get seen if there was a broken wire or adjustment. We will be back for the next kid who will need braces. This was my son's first time here, and I made say that it was a pretty awesome consultation. All employees were very welcoming, and friendly. My son liked that his name was on the board when he first entered. Although, it was a lot of steps for covid screening, they were still quick and very attentive. Update... this orthodontist is still the BEST! I will be using them again for my children's oral needs. Since my daughter has visited Dr. McSurdy's office, she has been a lot happier. She's very comfortable and no longer has the anxiety issues of going to the orthodontist. She loves his office and the girls in the office. She now cannot wait to go to the orthodontist to get her bands changed or new wires on. I thank you all so much for making my daughter feel so comfortable. You all are definitely number one in my book
