Wish i could give Zero stars! The way David Manning spoke to my parents was Absolutely Disgraceful!! In their opinion he was extremely rude and upsetting! Raising his voice to my parents “ And in the most disgusting tone telling them “YOU HAVE LOST YOUR PAPERWORK and now you have to go back on the waiting list!!! NO you didn’t Send any paper work and then he has the hide to Speak to them like they are idiots. It was your error or Admins error, NOT Theirs. They have NEVER EVER received any paperwork for the Cataract surgery. ... read more
