I have been going to Dr Lefelstein for years. He is wonderful and so is his entire staff!
This was simply the worst dental experience of my life, The pressure to buy additional services was non stop. The best part was trying to Hard Sell me on a deep cleaning and scaling and when I wanted to think about it they refused to do the actual cleaning that I was there for. If you want to feel like being at a used car dealership then I suggest you go to this office.
Thankfully I choose this dentist. Had a painfully bad tooth that needed pulling because it was unbearable!! So I called a local "corporate" dentist office from my insurance site, not only were they less than helpful, telling me I couldn't get in for at least 2 weeks, they were very rude too!! So I called this local family practice on the list, glad I did too. They were able to get me in the next day and bingo, the pain is gone.... thank you so much!! This is my dentist now...
I lost a filling and didn't have a current dentist. Dr. Lefelstein was able to get me in quickly and his staff was very friendly. Hopefully we have found our new dentist!
