So they don’t know how to schedule appointments. My 15 month had to wait an hour to be called. I get that other patients had different doctors and was called before me but they have to understand when you bring a baby or a toddler it’s can be frustrating because they don’t sit still. They should have a better system when doing appointments so that the patient can be called at their schedule time not an hour later. And then you have to wait another 20 mins just waiting for the doctor to come in.
