The office is a disaster. i have requested an estimation about my treatment. Needed to wait for a month for the first email. My husband had a question about the amount and called them and they gave him DIFFERENT amount. Of course more expensive! He asked them for updated estimate and they sent us another one...of course MORE much MORE expensive. Do they know what they are doing??
My family and I have gone here for 15+ years. I have had 5 different dentists during that time. Most don't stay. Dr. Peck has been my dentist for many years now. I called today to make an appointment to fix a cavity. The front desk lady said my account was on "Same Day" appointments, which means I have to go the same day I call.
