Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
