They sent an email and a text to verify my son's appointment and I verified the appt date via those notifications. But because I didn't answer the phone the 1 time that they called, they canceled the appt and didn't let me know that they canceled it until after I traveled an hour and a half to get there. And the lady behind the desk with fake eyelashes was very rude about the cancelation and didn't seem to care that I had verified the appt by other means and have to drive an hour and a half one way just to get there and get ... read more
If I could give no stars that would be the equivalent to the care received . I brought in my seven year old son in due to a chipped permanent tooth front office staff stated that they would be able to care for him as needed. Dr. Bunch evaluated him and could not even give me a treatment plan or answers to what was needed. Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge.
