Dr. Frisch is an excellent doctor and "old-fashioned" in that he will pull up his chair and talk to you for as long as it takes to understand your health history and current health problems. His assistants are also excellent and friendly Unfortunately, the front office seems disorganized. They say they will "call back" but then don't. The guy handling the phones can be rude and argumentative. They need some customer service training for the front office...badly!
