The lack of professionalism from the medical assistant staff and the scheduling office makes this doctor and this office impossible to deal with.
Outstanding compassionate care. Dr. Francyk always listens and doesn't make you feel like he's trying to get to the next patient. He takes all possibilities into consideration to make sure he doesn't miss anything. He's very knowledgeable. He found a problem with one of my medication prescribed by another doctor that the prescribing doctor missed. I opted to not switch to cheaper insurance because I didn't want to lose Dr. Francyk as my PCP. He is the best!
