Don't waste your money
No manners with bad attitude. John Cleese would had done Fawlty Dr based on you instead of Fawlty Towers. And to top it up your accounts lady must had been trained by yourself too. Terrible service. Learn how to treat people with respect and not with contempt. Also try to find the time in between being arrogant to get your Efptos machine working. My son came to see you. I put this on his behalf.
