2022 surgery. Deductible was met in full. Young Hispanic girl from Bloom's office would not listen and rerun the insurance. Came into the holding area for surgery demanding I pay less than $300.00 or she stated surgery would be cancelled. Ran my blood pressure up high and husband went to office to pay the money she demanded. Discussed with Dr Bloom before surgery was done in holding area. His reply was he did not handle that part.
