Was made to wait for over one hour for first appointment, met with the MD for 10 minutes and told to return in 2 weeks. Second visit saw his PA who treated me like a drug seeker.
Worst doctor I have ever encountered and went to this doctor in need of relief. I’m waiting for a month for the appointment, went to the appointment and waited in the back room for two hours for him to come see me he spent all of 10 minutes with me, and all this you could say was go through another state and purchase THC pills other than that he would not do anything to help me so much for quality of care
I have been a patient for more than a year. Petra is his PA. She actually refused to allow me to stop the oxycodone and try a different muscle relaxer instead. The next day I was in front after an actual MD who actually cared and made a huge difference in my condition by perscribing what was needed. No thanks to this team. That was strike 3.
Great!!!, I have been a patient of Dr Levi for over 15 years and he is the best at handling my back and neck issues. He always spends time with his patients and is very thorough and caring.
This was his opening line to me after me explaining what was going on…: “so what do you want me to do about it” ?? thanks dude
Dr. Levi has a niche pain practice. There are not many other options out there. When you are in 'pain' - you learn to to compensate for shortfalls. Why? Cuz of the PAIN. If you have ever seen the Seinfeld episode of the 'Soup Nazi' - this practice is just like that. Be quiet, don't make waves, follow the written rules to a tee - and do not under any circumstances ask for extra bread! Hope that helps. .
Good doctor handicapped by really, really bad, incompetent, uncaring and sometimes outright nasty office staff. Wait times are appalling and should be addressed through more professional approach to scheduling.
Very nice man. Did not explain my condition, staff did not impress me, seem rather confused, rather rude, very long wait times, over an hour, and phone calls not returned.
Dr.Levi & staff are the most compassionate, understanding group I have ever had. I say this confidentiality. They listen, try to come up with a plan. I never leave feeling as if I wasn’t heard. Even now with all that’s going on. The staff has been understanding, helpful with all the uncertainty. I wish he could be PM. ;) This is how much I trust Dr.Levi & his staff.
