Dr. Lehman's office has obsolete processes. Office does not accept debit or credit cards as payments, only cash or check. Alot of people dont carry a check book on them anymore, but office refuses to accommodate patients. Office receptionist does not provide clear and concise communication. She doesn't even call, text, or email appointment reminders. It's not hard to use an algorithm to push reminders from the appointment calendar. Dr. David Lehman was recommended to us by a family friend. We did not regret meeting him. He happened to be the THIRD orthodontist we had visited for advice on having braces. Right after meeting with him, we knew he was the ONE! His approach was extremely different; he was not intimidating, very patient and answered every question and concern we had. 20 months later, everything is looking good!!!
