Dr. Phillips was very informative and explained about our options for the surgery and after.
Within a week of receiving my biopsy results I was in Dr. Phillips office. Dr. Phillips was very patient with explaining results of the test and his recommended plan of care to myself and family. I feel very confident in his skills and expect a very positive outcome from our plan of care.
Dr. Phillips and his staff were courteous and attentive to my needs during my first visit to the NEA Surgery Clinic. Dr. Phillips was knowledgeable, personable, and caring - he took time to explain my condition and made sure I understood what the course of action would entail and why. Knowing that I will be well cared for has helped put my mind at ease about my upcoming surgery.
Dr. Phillips actually took the time to listen to everything that I have going on. He explained everything that was going to be done. Great bedside manner!!
