They use a third-party billing company who never sent me a bill despite having the correct address, then sent me to collections. I had to go through about 5 people before finding someone in their billing that would process my payment, and it took ages. You'd think there would be enough reviews on here regarding the SAME EXACT ISSUE for them to make an effort to resolve it...
This company has idiots in their billing department! I just found out I have a bill with them because a collection agency called me. The procedure was done in Dec 2017, they claim they sent bills to me but I never got one. They claim they didn't have my insurance information. Procedure done at hospital and all information was given the day of the procedure. They made NO effort to call me. They say they had a bad address. Bill has been turned to collections now. Absolutely stupid business practices. Do not send bills but will send to collection agency. Their service is terrible.
