I have brought both of my children to this office for the past 7 years and absolutely love it! They always go above and beyond for all their patients, yes sometimes you may have to wait but they are a very busy office and do their best to try and make everyone happy and see that children are took care of and that concerns are addressed. Working in healthcare myself I know what it is like to see it from the other side, and this office does a wonderful job, all the staff!!
My grandson goes to this office and I'm normally the one who takes him I'm not at all impressed with this practice. The whole office is very unprofessional from the doctor's to the receptionist. The service has never been real great but I feel that every patient is important and if a patient has a question for the doctor than the least they could do out of common curiosity is return a phone call I mean after all the patients are making the doctor's a living. I'm feeling a little frustrated.
