Dr Louis performed an MMI report and exam of my left knee 7/2020 had report from attending surgeon that loose bodies in knee needed treatment and removal. The exam report has delayed surgery, causing loose bodies and fragments to tear knee encasement and surrounding tissue and tendon further damaging my knee. Please consult standard of care regarding loose bodies in knee. A quick google search will give you an answer , there to be removed and treated. Mr Louis has caused me great pain and suffering.
