I've beeb going to Dr.Crosby for almost 20 years. I've had all sorts of procedures done over the years, skin tags, moles, warts, even a melanoma recently. I'm not sure what the few bad reviewers expect when your late to an appointment - he's often stacked up with patients so it's difficult to move things around if you don't make your time..... that said, there have been a few instances over the years that I've been a few min late and it hasn't been an issue. The staff and Dr. have been amazing..never had a problem with appointments, had great care before and after treatments..

Drove 45 min to see him and I missed some exits on the way which made me late by 16min, Note: I called the office saying Im running late. When I reach there the receptionist went to talk and came back saying we need to reschedule the appointment. I took off from work to see him and this is what I get back in return. Seriously no humanity and no sympathy for patients. Doctors are suppose to be caring and kind and here he does not care about his paying patient who took off from work to see him. Very disappointed in my service from Dr. Crosby and his staff. I called the office to let them know I was running late. I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Crosby. When I got there, his receptionist let me know, after talking with another patient for several minutes, that they would have to reschedule me because I was late. Every year I schedule my yearly checkup with Dr. Crosby and every year the office calls to reschedule several times because "he won't be in that day".
