I remember Dr. Cisneros with lots of love and respect. He was our family doctor. From 1978 to 1989 he cared for my mom, uncle, my sister and myself. He performed to hernia repairs, kidney stones and gall bladder. Sadly, I moved from Brownsville to Michigan in 1991 if not, he would still be my doctor. He bad great bedside manners, he would be very thorough in everything and made us laugh from time to time. I'm 100% sure that he is still the same doctor as always.
